Terrible Headache

I feel having a terrible headache this afternoon and I do not know why; probably, I am dehydrated, as I did not drink a lot of water. As what I knew, if you have a headache that means there is something a problem inside your body. I hate having a headache and I just rarely experience to have it. I tried to bare it for few minutes but since its getting painful but then I do not want the pain and what I did I took an “Advil” and maybe after 10 minutes my headache eventually gone and I am glad there is a medicine to relieve pain.
