My husband and I staying in a hotel which serves food start at 5:30-7pm. I got a dessert which is chocolate brownies with butter and walnuts. I am not really fond of eating sweet food but I just grabbed 4 slices as seems the brownies urging me to eat sweet food and I took 4, because I was thinking might my hubby will be going eat too or perhaps later I can eat it. When I started tasting the brownies, gosh, it is really tasty and it comes with walnuts and I planned to eat just 1 slice but darn I end up eating three small slice I do not like to eat sweet foods also as I do not want to gain weight and since I ate 3 slices of chocolate fudge makes me wanted to do exercise tomorrow morning (lol). This chocolate brownie it is very tasty makes me wanted to eat more (ha-ha). Below is the recipe that I found: make it and you will love it!
Chocolate brownies with butter and walnuts.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
PREPARATION:
Cream 1/2 cup butter with sugar. Add eggs; beat until light and fluffy. Add vanilla. Melt remaining 1/2 cup butter with chocolate; cool and beat into creamed mixture. Stir in flour, salt, and nuts; blend well.
Pour batter into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cool in pan.
