45 Minutes Exercise

This morning I woke up late around 11:30 as I slept so late last night and hubby worked also night shift, so I get a chance to watch movie in the bedroom. I did exercise for 2 days already and I have decided to exercise again today as I wanted to loss some lbs. I did run in the treadmill for 15 mins., 15 minutes in the bike and 15 mins. in the stair steeper. I feel glad and proud of myself that I exercise today. After I exercise, I went to the bar by the pool and ordered fresh fruit in a basket but I told the bartender that I wanted it will be in to go box as I wanted to eat in the room. I got delicious healthy food and I loved it and the various fruit comes with banana cake, yummy!
