Forgetting is No Power

On Saturday, I wanted to do some grocery at Asian market but I told my husband that we could shop in other store at Pinellas, Park instead in Tampa. He agreed about it but the problem is that I have forgotten the address and the name of the grocery store. I did try to remember but the only word that it came up into my mind was “United” and no matter how I think, I cannot remember, perhaps I was just tired shopping in the mall that I cannot think well that time (lol). We did try looking up in GPS using the word United but it does not work since it is not enough info. I was frustrated that time, we end up buying food for dinner at Subway, and well…it doesn’t let us down since subway offer great sandwiches and I had a veggie sandwich. I really missed Filipino food like kangkong or a swamp cabbage hmmm…and other tasty dishes and desserts. I like to cook the kangkong in sauté style with Modena vinegar (sweet type of vinegar from Italy) and with garlic and onion and it is delicious and high nutritious. Even though, I was frustrated but I had hope that we could get a chance to shop at Asian store and buy variety of foods that I missed.
