When I was with my sister in Switzerland my husband did visit me there. This afternoon I was thinking what should I am going to eat for myself as my husband will not be back here in the hotel until midnight. I have decided to cook linguini and I did boiled water 1st and I put some seasoning like from McCormick and Morton and I did put little bit of olive oil and salt. While doing it, I did wash the mushroom and the tomato and sliced them into small pieces. In about 11 minutes the linguini was cooked I did sauté the mushroom and the tomato and if you like you can even put small pieces of meat and it depends what kind of meat you like. When the mushroom is almost half cooked I did put a little bit of cream of mushroom soup from Campbell’s which is 98% fat free and I just put about 5 spoon so that it can serve as a cream into my linguini and put a little bit of milk and it came out tasty as you can see here in the picture and that is my experiment today as sometimes I’d like to cook in my own recipe or doing experiment. As my husband and I went to the Epcot in Disney, one place that we did went too was one of the aquarium they have which full of clown fish and I am glad I took one which is clear. While my husband and I walking in the Canal walk makes me stopped walking, because I saw 2 ducks which are look cute and while I am standing they try to be nearby me as they thought I am going to give them bread. My husband and I staying in a hotel which serves food start at 5:30-7pm. I got a dessert which is chocolate brownies with butter and walnuts. Chocolate brownies with butter and walnuts.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
PREPARATION:
Cream 1/2 cup butter with sugar. Add eggs; beat until light and fluffy. Add vanilla. Melt remaining 1/2 cup butter with chocolate; cool and beat into creamed mixture. Stir in flour, salt, and nuts; blend well.
Pour batter into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cool in pan.

While my husband did reversing his new car he did not noticed there was a column and perhaps he was destructed as we were talking that time and the driver side mirror was broken. I am glad it's sunny, it is kind of depressing if I do not see the sun for in just 3 days. My husband and I rejoicing as we saw the sun today and it’s such a nice day out and we did walked around the downtown and took some pictures. We were just happy that we saw the sun shining and make the snow melt and it was not cold and I did not even wear enough clothes. We saw some people did jogging and walking around with their dogs, with their friends and their love ones. It is a good feeling to see the sun sometimes during winter time.

Today, almost noon time, my husband and I did walk from our hotel to the Circle Center here at Indianapolis. I can say, the mall is pretty big, which has a lot of shopping stores that I like such as Charlotte Russe, where I love to shop, because they have style which I like, they have Victoria Secret Store, Gap and other stores. They have a movie theatre where my husband and I watched movie there today. This mall is just about 5-10 minutes away from our hotel by walking. It is not far at all. I liked this mall because they have a lot of shopping stores and have big food court. I might shop by myself when my husband at work when I feel bored in the hotel.
