My Trails In Life

My husband looked online a house for a while here in MI. By the time, we are ready to move here in MI, and while surfing online, I have found this trulia dot com site and I have found several houses that we would like to look inside and we asked the Realtor to show around the house that we interested in. We did looked ourselves 1st when there is an open house and 2nd time our Realtor showed what we liked most and she showed us about 7-10 houses. There was a house that I have found and it is the last house that she showed to us and it is the one that I liked most and what we would like to purchase, my husband was doubtful about it but we agreed if they will not take our offer we will get the 2nd house that we liked. Since they took our offer, we bought the house as our 1st choice. The house value nowadays are kept dropping since the house that my husband and I monitored the price did drop and I was even thinking that would be a great idea if we bought a house when the price is much lower when it was in the market and I have found about 2 houses which has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bath which has very nice kitchen and it has a huge lot but the problem is that the location is not really perfect but we bought has a great location, nearby the lake, 1 story but it is the one that we liked most and it has big backyard and great basement.
